This workshop introduces diancha, a tea preparation tradition associated with China鈥檚 Song dynasty. Watch a demonstration, then try using a bamboo whisk to create a fine layer of tea foam. You will also explore chabaixi, the practice of making delicate designs on the foam鈥檚 surface.
Finish with tea tasting and a chance to reflect on the creativity and care involved in this distinctive tea tradition.
