I am a Lecturer in Education, and the Programme Director of the BA Primary Education with QTS. I have worked at 成人VR视频 for three years, having moved over from my role as Assistant Headteacher at a secondary school. In this role, I was responsible for supporting NQTs, working with Associate Teachers in training and professional learning for school staff.
In the past few years, I have completed a Masters in Educational Leadership, and am currently working on my doctorate with a research focus on the impact of ITE on supporting the development of schools as learning organisations.
I teach on the Primary, ALN and Secondary PGCE, on the BA Primary Ed with QTS course, and I supervise Masters' dissertation students.聽聽
